In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Letter of Engagement, the Letter of Engagement shall prevail.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure accurate reporting and compliance, you agree to:
- Provide full, accurate, and timely information regarding your financial affairs.
- Notify us immediately of any changes to your business structure or contact details.
- Forward any correspondence from HMRC or Companies House to us promptly.
Note: We are not liable for penalties or interest arising from late or inaccurate information provided by the client.
